Document & Content Control

Every document controlled. Every version tracked. Every approval signed.

Mithavo CMS manages the full lifecycle of every document in a regulated healthcare business โ€” from SOP authoring and version control through approval workflows, controlled distribution, and training linkage.

What Mithavo CMS does

Mithavo CMS covers two types of content: internal controlled documents (SOPs, batch record templates, regulatory dossiers, labels, artworks) and external content (product pages, blog articles, website sections).

Both types share the same version control, approval workflow, and audit trail infrastructure. An SOP that changes triggers a re-training assignment. A product label that changes routes through a sign-off chain before it reaches the printer.

  • Version Control Only one person edits a document at a time. Every change creates a new version. Previous versions are always accessible.
  • Controlled Distribution Issue controlled copies to specific users. Track read acknowledgements. Obsolete old versions automatically.
  • SOP-to-Process Linkage SOPs are linked directly to the batch record steps they govern. Operators see the relevant SOP at point of execution.
  • Label & Artwork Workflow Artwork version control with print approval routing and regulatory sign-off. A label cannot reach the floor without the right approvals.
  • Training Link When an SOP is revised, the system automatically identifies who needs retraining and creates the training assignment.
  • Electronic Signatures Multi-level approval with intent capture and immutable audit trail. Aligned with 21 CFR Part 11.

Who uses Mithavo CMS

Document Control Officer

"Our SOP folder has three versions of the same document and nobody knows which is current."

Mithavo CMS makes the current version the only version anyone can access. Previous versions are archived. Distribution is tracked. Read acknowledgements are recorded.

Regulatory Affairs Manager

"Preparing a submission dossier means hunting through three shared drives."

Mithavo CMS organises regulatory documentation per product in CTD/ACTD structure with version history. Dossiers are assembled from the system, not hunted across folders.

Marketing & Brand Team

"Getting a product page live takes two weeks of email approvals."

Mithavo CMS gives marketing teams a publishing workflow with defined approvers, automatic routing, and a live status tracker.

How CMS connects to the platform

CMS is the document and content intelligence layer that every other module depends on.

  • CMS โ†’ ERP SOP library is linked to BMR steps in ERP. Label artworks approved in CMS gate batch packaging operations in ERP.
  • CMS โ†’ Workflows Document review cycles, approval routing, and training assignment triggers are automated through the Workflows module.
  • CMS โ†’ Approvals Every document version change routes through Approvals before it becomes the controlled current version.
  • CMS โ† Master Data Product dossiers in CMS link to the product and ingredient records in the Master Data module.
