About Mithavo
What Mithavo is, who we built it for, and how we're packaged. Three quick reads — about a minute total.
What is Mithavo?
Mithavo is a modular, AI-powered intelligence layer that sits across the business systems you already run — CRM, CMS, ERP, and the operational tools around them. Rather than replacing those systems, it unifies what they know and adds reasoning on top, so teams can act on a single, coherent view.
Who is Mithavo for?
Mid-market and enterprise organisations whose operations span multiple systems and who feel the cost of fragmented data and manual hand-offs. Our current early-access partners come from regulated and operations-heavy sectors — pharma, life sciences, and enterprise services — where auditability matters as much as speed.
Is Mithavo a product, a platform, or a service?
It's a platform. The core is a modular software layer; on top of that we offer guided onboarding so the platform fits the way your organisation actually works. We're not a consulting engagement dressed up as software.
Platform & deployment
How the platform runs, whether it replaces your existing systems, and which stacks it currently integrates with.
How is Mithavo deployed?
During early access, Mithavo is delivered as a managed cloud service hosted in the EU. Private-cloud and dedicated-tenant deployments are on the roadmap for general availability and are evaluated case by case for early-access partners with specific compliance needs.
Does it replace our existing CRM, ERP, or CMS?
No. Mithavo is designed to work alongside the systems you already operate, not replace them. It connects to them, unifies the data they hold, and adds an intelligence layer on top — so existing investments and workflows are preserved.
What systems does Mithavo integrate with today?
The early-access program prioritises common enterprise CRM, CMS, and ERP suites, plus the document and storage systems sitting around them. Specific integrations are scoped per partner during onboarding — if your stack isn't on the current list, tell us and we'll confirm feasibility before you commit.
Data, security & privacy
Where your data lives, whether it trains models, GDPR posture, and who on our side can access it.
Where is our data stored?
Data submitted through the platform is stored on EU-based infrastructure operated under enterprise-grade security controls. Specific region and tenancy details are confirmed during onboarding for each early-access partner.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is not used to train foundational or shared models. Anything Mithavo learns from your environment stays scoped to your tenant and is used only to serve your workflows.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Mithavo operates under GDPR and processes personal data in line with the rights and obligations described in our Privacy Policy. Data Processing Agreements are available for early-access partners on request via privacy@example.com.
Who on your team can access our data?
Access is restricted to a small number of named engineers and support staff under role-based controls, and only when required to operate the service or resolve an issue you've raised. All access is logged.
Pricing & engagement
How commercial terms are shaped today — pricing model, trial policy, and typical engagement length.
How is Mithavo priced?
Engagements are scoped to the use case and the systems being unified, on an annual basis. We don't publish a per-seat or per-call list price during early access because the right shape depends on what you're connecting and how broadly the platform is rolled out. We'll send a written proposal after the first scoping conversation.
Is there a free trial?
Not in the self-serve sense. Early-access partners run a structured pilot with a defined scope and success criteria before any annual commitment. That pilot replaces the need for a generic trial.
What's a typical engagement length?
Annual, with a scoped pilot phase up front. Renewal terms are agreed once the pilot has demonstrated value against the criteria set at kick-off.
Early access program
What early access actually involves: today's posture, what partners get, what we ask in return, and GA timing.
What does "early access" actually mean right now?
Mithavo is in an invitation-based phase. We're working closely with a small number of partners to refine the platform against real workloads. The core capabilities are operational; the surface around them is still being shaped together with those partners.
What do I get as an early-access partner?
Direct access to the platform, hands-on onboarding from the team that builds it, and meaningful influence over the roadmap. Early-access pricing is preferential and locks in for the term of the engagement.
What's expected from us in return?
A named internal sponsor, access to a real workflow we can shape the platform around, and regular feedback. We don't ask for public case studies or logo rights as a condition of the program.
When is general availability?
General availability is planned, but we won't pin a public date until the early-access cohort confirms the platform is ready for it. Partners in the program get the timeline directly as it firms up.
Implementation & support
How long onboarding takes, who runs it, and what to expect from support during early access.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the scope of the pilot and the systems being connected. Most early-access onboardings move from kick-off to a working pilot environment within weeks, not months. We'll give you a concrete timeline after the scoping call.
Do you provide implementation support?
Yes. Early-access partners are onboarded directly by the Mithavo team. There's no separate implementation partner to coordinate with — the people building the platform are the people you'll work with.
What's the support model during early access?
A named point of contact, a shared channel for day-to-day questions, and a 48-hour response commitment for written queries. Critical issues are handled outside that window.
